“During the disagreement, opposing coaching staff were involved in a physical altercation, and one of the individuals involved in the altercation fired a firearm that attacked an adult male,” the release said.
Cissier Hickmon, sister of Michael Hickmon, told CNN in August that his brother was coaching his son’s team when the shooting occurred. Death confirmed. He leaves behind his wife, two daughters, a son and three grandchildren, according to Cissier Hickmon.
