Venice Film Festival Red Carpet: Best Celebrity Fashion on the Show

As the 79th edition of the Venice Film Festival returns this week, celebrity fashion is on the horizon thanks to premieres such as Noah Baumbach’s White Noise starring Greta Gerwig and Adam Driver and director Don’t Worry Darling. There is no shortage of moments. Netflix’s Marilyn Monroe biopic ‘Blonde’ starring Olivia Wilde featuring Harry Styles and Florence Pugh and Ana de Armas.

On Friday, Timothée Chalamet went viral at the red carpet premiere of ‘Bones and All’ in a Haider Ackermann backless look.

The festival, which ends on September 10th, is the oldest event of its kind, founded in 1932, and one of the most visually appealing thanks to the romantic backdrop of the floating city . Paparazzi shots of guests arriving by private water taxi conjure images of old Hollywood glamour. So far, Red’s carpet moments have followed suit. From actor Julianne Moore’s embellished Valentino cape to model Mariacarla Boscono’s skimpy Jean Paul Gaultier gown, there’s no shortage of energetic outfits.
