Memphis police looking for school teacher kidnapped during early morning jog
Memphis police have released photos of this mid-sized dark SUV that was allegedly used to kidnap teacher Eliza

Police say 34-year-old Eliza “Liza” Fletcher was jogging around 4:30 a.m. when she was approached by a stranger. She was forced into a medium-sized, dark SUV and removed from the scene, police said, adding that they did not know the direction the vehicle was traveling.

Memphis Police Department Major Karen Rudolph said at a press conference, “We were probably dealing with a missing person when we arrived at the scene.” “After further investigation, I found a video showing a black SUV parked across the street from where the victims were taken.”

Photos released by police show Fletcher running in a neighborhood near the University of Memphis. She was last seen wearing a pink jogging top and purple running shorts, police said in a warning.

According to police, Fletcher is Caucasian, 5’6″ with brown hair and green eyes and weighs 137 pounds.
