At least two Wisconsin state legislators received what appeared to be pre-composed emails from conservative activist Ginny Thomas. This echoes a form letter she also sent to her 29 congressmen in Arizona urging them to intervene on the state’s presidential electoral list.

The text of these emails, obtained by watchdog group Documented and first reported by The Washington Post, is nearly identical to the message Thomas sent to lawmakers in Arizona on November 9, 2020.
The Post previously reported that another batch of letters from Thomas targeted at 22 Arizona congressmen and one of their state senators appeared on Dec. 13. Proving electoral rolls. In that email, Thomas claimed the 2020 election was threatened by unprecedented fraud and urged her to choose her electors with that in mind.
These messages asked lawmakers to “consider what would happen to the country we all love if you didn’t stand up and lead” before choosing their electors.

Judges will decide for themselves whether a case presents a dispute that requires dismissal. Justice Thomas has declined to comment on the matter in the past.
Justice Thomas was the only judge to openly oppose a Supreme Court move not to block a court order allowing President Trump’s White House documents to be released to House investigators in January.
Ginny Thomas has been openly critical of the January 6 House investigation, calling on House Republican leaders to kick two Republicans on the task force from Congress.
As she said in an interview with the Washington Free Beacon, she attended a rally ahead of the attack on the US Capitol, where she stressed that her and her husband’s professional lives were kept separate. She also said protesters left the rally before it turned violent.
