Man accused of threatening to detonate bomb near US Capitol released from prison

But a psychologist who evaluated Roseberry told a court earlier this week that taking the two drugs together can have harmful side effects and can lead to manic or psychotic episodes. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras said in Rosebery’s release order that “the court could reasonably ensure that with proper medication and strict supervision, Mr. Rosebery would not pose a danger to the community.” It was judged.

Contreras says Dr. Teresa Grant, the psychologist who evaluated Roseberry, testified that she was “shocked” by Roseberry’s prescription. The judge also noted that while Rosebery was imprisoned there, he came to the rescue of a DC prison guard and intervened when the guard was attacked from behind by an inmate.
