“Zero Tolerance to It” – More Anti-Semitic Flyers Found in the Nassau Community

Nassau County Police Department Patrick Ryder and Nassau County Police Department Bruce Blakeman today blamed anti-Semitic leaflets on the windshield of a car that were thrown into the grass in several communities.

The community includes Rockville Center and Oceanside for the past few days.

Police say they are stepping up patrols around the synagogue. They say they have eyewitness testimony and are looking for a white Prius that was found handing out leaflets.

Officials told News 12 that the leaflets were linked to the Goyim Defense League, a video platform that streams anti-Semitic content. At the bottom of the leaflets, it says, “These leaflets were maliciously and randomly distributed.”

“We have zero tolerance for it, and we will do everything we can to ensure that there is an arrest at the end of the day,” Rider said.

Blakeman said this was not a matter of freedom of speech, but that the leaflets created a “fearful atmosphere.” Similar cases have recently been reported at Long Beach and Rockville Center.
