“We are investigating how she stood there, but she was naked and hanging on the side of the building. We immediately closed the court and carried out rescue operations.” Said Rabat.
Rabat said the courthouse was partially closed to prevent anyone from exiting the door about eight floors down from the central street side of the courthouse. Notified by the Atlanta Police and Atlanta Fire Rescue, the Sheriff’s Office has set up a command post. Mr Rabat said he also supported the Fulton County Solicitor Office.
Trend story:
The agency worked together to blockade the area and deploy airbags on the ground.
Labat has provided an amazing rescue drone video that Channel 2 Action News has blurred to protect women’s privacy.
While the agency was working to rescue the woman, the sheriff learned that she spoke Portuguese. They quickly rushed her translator to help crisis negotiator Nicholas Reynolds communicate with her.
Rabat said it was Reynolds who was able to grab the woman and take her safely.

“Compassion is in line with the understanding that this is a tough time for our community,” Rabat said. “It’s a tough time across the United States. I can’t be more proud of Deputy Reynolds and the whole team.”
