A woman allegedly held hostage in Bronx used a grubhub to contact the police.

The complaint states that an unidentified woman who agreed to meet a man who had previously chatted on a dating app was assaulted and later raped by a man.

According to the complaint, the man took the woman’s cell phone away, but when she asked the man if he could order food, she said she was able to get it back.

A copy of the order placed through the food delivery service Grubhub shows what she wrote in the comments section. “Call the police … don’t reveal it.”

When the man opened the door in anticipation of delivery, he met a New York Police Department officer, according to the complaint.
