Myth 4: You should brush after every meal you take
Now, this is complete misinformation that brushing after every meal can make your teeth look or feel better. After eating or drinking anything if you start brushing it can impact the enamel present on the teeth and can increase the sensitivity of the teeth.
It is always recommended to brush your teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and one time before sleeping. This is enough to keep the teeth clean and healthy. The more times you brush can never be an explanation for more clean teeth.
