Things to know: Charles, the leading successor, Longest reigning British monarch awaiting. President of the Prince’s Trust and the Royal Shakespeare Company, and president or patron of more than 400 charities, the Prince of Wales is the first royal heir to receive a college degree.
Other significant relatives: Diana, Princess of Wales, he was married from 1981 to 1996. They had two children together, Prince William and Prince Harry.
Diana died in a car accident in Paris in 1997, along with her boyfriend Dodi Fayed and driver Henri Paul.
In 2005, the Prince of Wales got married Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
Prince William, Duke of Cambridge
to be born: June 21, 1982
Things to know: prince william, second in line to the throne after his father Charles, and has achieved the highest educational degree of any member of the royal family – masummer of Alta. He served in the military from his 2006 to his 2013, participating in over 150 helicopter search and rescue operations.
Other significant relatives: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge married in 2011. The couple has her three children. Prince George, 9 years old. Princess Charlotte, 7 years old. and Prince Louis, 4.
The family lives in the four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage on the grounds of Windsor Castle in Berkshire, about 25 miles from London.The Cambridges’ London residence, Kensington Palace, will remain the family’s main residence, although royal sources say told CNN In August.
Prince George, Duke of Cambridge
to be born: July 22, 2013
Things to know: When Prince George arrived, he was third in line to the throne. If he becomes king after the reigns of his grandfather Prince Charles and his father Prince William, George will be the 43rd monarch since William the Conqueror.
But for now, he is still brushing up on his education: George is currently attending Lambrook School He lives near Windsor with his sister Charlotte and brother Louis.
