Grammy Award Winning Singer Kandi Burrus Delivers Supplies to 500 Children

Kandi Cares worked with trial attorneys Goodr, Nouveau and Garner to give back to families in need in the Atlanta area.

Goodr CEO Jasmine Crowe said: “Events like this are essential because even dual-income households currently struggle to provide more than basic necessities,” said Goodr. We are honored to partner with you.”

The organization focuses on helping single-parent families with food and school supplies.

“With so much negativity in the world and the cost of living continuing to rise, we need to spread positivity and help families within our communities who desperately need it. This initiative will provide single-parent families with everything they need for all their back-to-school needs,” said Burruss.

Several back-to-school events were also held hold across the Metro Atlanta area on Saturdays.

Burruss is best known for singing with the Atlanta-based group Xscape and appearing on the Atlanta TV show Real Housewives.
